Profile extrusion

The profile extrusion department produces articles in thermoplastic materials and technopolymers for the household appliance, medical and automotive sectors, and products for industry in general (conveyor belts, anti-intrusion and accident prevention security systems).

The department currently has the following facilities

• 8 normal production lines equipped with in-line dimension control and data storage;
• 2 laboratory lines for trials, tests and experimentation.

Normal production takes place over two shifts, which can be extended to a continuous cycle during overtime workloads.
