LARP srl (Plastic Resin Processing) was founded on Jan. 23, 1960, by Dr. Luigi Bottazzini who, with a degree in industrial chemistry, understood the many and incredible application possibilities of plastic resins and thus, using the two main technologies for processing these materials (injection molding and extrusion), produced molded and extruded products in the most diverse materials.

Bottazzini, who by taking care of the bookkeeping and administration, also played an essential role.
the first generational transition with their son Luca Bottazzini accompanied
by his wife Cinzia Cacciapaglia Bottazzini, who took over in 1984.
Over the years, LARP srl has become a company that employs 25 people and exports its products to several foreign countries. In 2025, LARP srl celebrates its 65th anniversary, and with the arrival of its three daughters, Laura, Gaia and Luciana, it is moving into the third generation, facing the new challenges that the present and the future hold.
Today, LARP srl covers an area of approximately 5,000 square metres, in a 13,000 square metre site, with the possibility of expansion for another approximately 3,500 square metres. All this is immersed entirely in the green countryside of Caidate, a hamlet in the municipality of Sumirago.
In addition to offices and warehouses, there is a moulding department and two departments dedicated to the extrusion of profiles and tubes. There is also a workshop and an assembly department. Having always operated in technical sectors, LARP srl has been certified to ensure the quality of its products since as far back as 1998.
