The dip tube extrusion department produces small but high-precision tubes for spray and pump dispensers or dispensers for personal and household cleaning products, food, medical, cosmetics and perfumery. Larp was born with this extrusion technology, and was among the first to implement it in Italy. Our more than 65 years of experience in dip tube extrusion allow us to guarantee centesimal tolerances with various raw material formulations, according to the needs of each customer

The most common applications are aerosol valves, pumps, sprays and dispensers for packaging (personal care, home care, cosmetics, perfumery, pharmaceuticals, and food).

Normal production takes place in two shifts that can be extended to a continuous cycle during extraordinary workloads.
